so I work for a small business in mt pleasant that is associated with dominoes pizza
. One day, we had a few pizza orders ordered for our customers, granted we had a snow storm that day so I expected it to be a little late possibly. The day before we had a pizza an hour late for the customers. I decided to call 15 minutes before it was supposed to be there to make sure it was coming. They told me it was in route. The following hour and a half, I proceeded to call dominoes, sometimes the phone would just ring and ring, and I got told multiple different answers of my inquiry on the pizzas. I tended to my own customers which were very understanding about it as I was honest with them and told them everything when I found out. One of their answers was someone came and picked it up, they had a new worker, and once again it was in route. The pizza showed up after an hour and a half (we live 5 minutes from the store) and it came with multiple free pizza coupons. Might I add the delivery driver was a regular and the person that always delivers to us?? The second part of this complaint is when I took one of those coupons in the get a pizza. I called they told me 30 minutes for a pickup so I went to target and poked around. I got distracted and ended up showing up to dominoes 35 minutes later expecting my pizza to be done. I was told it would be done any minute and they were busy. Good to know. I waited in the lobby area for 20 minutes. I've worked at a pizzza place before it takes 10 minutes tops to make a pizza. When we got the pizza it was so hot we had to wait 20 minutes to eat it. Might I add, during that 20 minutes of waiting I saw them throw my exact pizza in the oven. Did they seriously make my pizza AFTER I got there to pick it up? Dominoes is the biggest joke. They have the worst staff, who I witnessed letting the phone just ring, and they LIE to their customers. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I am so very disappointed and will make it my mission to never give them my business again.
